Open Gym

Description

At our open gym studio, we provide access to 14 heavy bags for boxing practice. These bags come in various sizes and are suitable for all levels of expertise. Additionally, we offer a state-of-the-art Technogym cardio kit for members to use for their workout routines.

In addition to the heavy bags and cardio equipment, we also have a Spinflex studio available for use three times a day. This studio is equipped with stationary bikes and offers spin classes that cater to different fitness levels.
