Description
Spin Flex is a hybrid fitness class that combines elements of spinning and Speedflex training.
During the 1-hour class, participants will start with a high-intensity spinning workout on stationary bikes, which focuses on cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, and overall fitness. This portion of the class typically lasts between 30-40 minutes and involves various drills, intervals, and climbs to challenge and push participants to their limits.
After the spinning portion, participants will transition to the Speedflex area, where they will complete a series of resistance and functional training exercises using Speedflex machines. Speedflex training relies on hydraulic resistance technology to provide a full-body workout that is low-impact and suitable for all fitness levels.
